    FIRST TRY-IN GUARANTEE (PID)

    1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    The First Try-In Guarantee is part of deltalabs. laboratory workflow system, based on the Perfect Fit Protocol (PID).

    The purpose of the guarantee is to increase the safety of collaboration with the clinician and confirm the quality of the prosthetic design and manufacturing process.

    The guarantee applies exclusively to cases meeting the conditions set out in these terms.

    2. SCOPE OF GUARANTEE

    The First Try-In Guarantee means that:

    if a restoration fabricated under the Perfect Fit Protocol does not seat at the first try-in due to a prosthetic fit issue, the order is not charged and the laboratory remakes the restoration.

    The decision to apply the guarantee is made after case analysis by the laboratory.

    3. RESTORATIONS COVERED

    THE GUARANTEE COVERS:

    single crowns
    restorations fabricated in a fully digital workflow
    cases executed in accordance with the Perfect Fit Protocol

    THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER:

    bridges
    multi-unit restorations
    implant-supported restorations
    full arches
    provisional restorations
    restorations requiring cast components
    4. CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION

    The guarantee applies only when the following conditions are met:

    the order was properly described by the clinician
    scans are complete and legible
    an opposing arch scan was submitted
    a proper bite registration was submitted
    the preparation margin is unambiguously legible
    the preparation follows prosthodontic principles
    the case does not require a treatment plan change after fabrication
    5. EXCLUSIONS

    The guarantee does not apply when the fit issue results from:

    illegible or inaccurate scans
    incorrect or insufficient preparation
    improper bite registration
    lack of stable occlusal relationship
    treatment plan change after fabrication
    changes in the oral cavity between scanning and try-in
    damage to the restoration in the dental office
    modification of the restoration by the clinician before try-in
    seating the restoration in a manner inconsistent with its intended use
    6. CLAIM PROCEDURE

    In case of a fit issue, the clinician should:

    report the issue to the laboratory
    submit documentation (photograph or scan of the clinical situation)
    return the restoration to the laboratory for analysis

    The laboratory performs a case analysis and decides on guarantee application.

    7. REMAKE PROCEDURE

    If the claim is confirmed, the laboratory:

    remakes the restoration
    treats the case as a priority

    The cost of the remake is borne by the laboratory.

    8. RIGHT OF REFUSAL

    The laboratory reserves the right to refuse guarantee application if the case analysis shows that the issue does not result from the prosthetic fit of the restoration.

    9. CASE EVALUATION

    The evaluation of the fit issue cause is performed by the laboratory based on:

    CAD design analysis
    input data analysis
    clinical documentation

    The laboratory decision in this regard is final.

    10. AVAILABILITY RESTRICTIONS

    The First Try-In Guarantee is available exclusively to clinicians collaborating with deltalabs. The laboratory reserves the right to decline in the case of:

    one-time orders
    the first order from a new client
    orders placed without prior collaboration with the clinician
    11. FINAL PROVISIONS

    The First Try-In Guarantee is part of the deltalabs. quality standard and applies exclusively to cases fabricated in accordance with the Perfect Fit Protocol.

    The laboratory reserves the right to update these terms.
